Sales Coordinator

- Communicate and provide updated/relevant publicity photos and cover art for upcoming releases, artist pages, on-line banner, to retail business partners.
- Create order entry calendar
- Create sourcing spreadsheets
- Conference calls to review season buy with sales team
- Provide necessary selling tools for Market appointments
- Help to create agenda for Sales meetings
- Miscellaneous tasks
- Support RVP of Easy Coast and team of Sales Directors on administrative duties like coordinating meetings, travel schedule andgeneral organization
- Prepare, generate and manage reports used by management for pipeline, revenue forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
- Create presentations by using revenue data to update sales team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 solid years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Coordinator role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support a wide range of individuals and situations including planning team events/activities other situations which require discretion
- Assenssing sensitivity and/or confidentiality of matters and latitude for discretion
- This individual must have a working knowledge of both the physicial and digital music industry
- Strong computer skills including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and an intimate knowledge of the internet
- The ability to manage shifting priorities.
